North Atlantic haddock fillet topped with light lemon butter and Ritz cracker crumbs and then baked on a stone hearth in our high temperature woodfired oven. Served with jasmine rice and mashed carrot and turnip

 

Spit Roasted Pork Loin

All natural premium pork loin turnspit roasted over an open woodfire and then finished on the wood fire grill and topped with a roasted garlic and marsala wine glaze. Served with roasted baby Yukon gold potatoes and mashed carrot and turnip

 

Wood Oven Yankee Pot Roast

Hearty portion of our slow cooked pot roast with carrot, celery, pearl onion and beef gravy over mashed potatoes

 

Eggplant Parmesan

Breaded eggplant topped with fresh mozarella cheese, basil and marinara sauce and baked in our woodfire pizza oven. Served with angel hair pasta
